As I was saying in my previous post, I feel inspired to cook again! Over the last couple of days, I have made some really yummy meals! I’m not even going to be modest about it, haha!! Paul also really likes my cooking and that is a great motivator to keep going and trying new recipes.
Hmmm, what shall we have? I know! I’m going to make some garlic naans, because we love Indian food!! Our freezer is always full with pre prepared food, like my chickpea balls, vegetarian burgers, roasted tomato soup, butter curry sauce, and much more. Luckily for me, there was still some butter curry sauce left. We are trying to watch our weight a little bit (we don’t really work out a lot), so we’ll just eat it without rice. Nice! Dipping a fresh garlic naan into that delicious butter curry sauce … Yum!!!
But I didn’t have any pre-made naans in the freezer, so those I had to make. Fortunately they don’t take too much time or effort. For some reason I was always hesitant to use yeast. I don’t really know why. It seemed complicated and time consuming. Obviously I was wrong! I wish I had tried it sooner, because it’s so easy to use. After mixing the ingredients together, kneading the dough, let it rest, and divide them into balls so I can stretch them out. All that was left was to fry them off. It literally takes 2 – 3 minutes per side!
The end result: a delicious crispy, but soft garlic naan! Mmmmmm!!! You can find the recipe here. I promise you that the recipe is super easy!

Let me know what you think of these garlic naans in the comment section below!
