The Indian kitchen is one of my favorite kitchens. I love the smell, spices and variety that Indian food has to offer. I could eat Indian food every day!
In one of my previous posts, I promised to share the recipe for my curry with you. You can find the recipe here. This recipe is actually very simple and fast, just the way I like it! It takes about 30 minutes from start to finish. I like a bit of spice in my food, but don’t worry, you can easily adjust the spice level in this recipe.
When I cook I like to take my time, because it’s very relaxing for me to cook. It’s my moment of the day where I can unwind and not think of anything else but cooking. Slicing the veggies, preparing the spice mix, I enjoy every step of the process! I like putting a bit of love and care into my dishes!
