Lately I have been trying out some new recipes. Yesterday I made a really nice cauliflower curry, but I forgot to write down the recipe and take pictures. Silly me! So I promise to share this recipe with you soon! It was actually the first (after many failed attempts) that turned out really well.
Today we are eating the leftovers from the curry and we love eating a curry with some garlic naan. Unfortunately they do not sell naan bread in the supermarkets around us. In Kosovo it is really hard (if not impossible) to get Asian ingredients (like coconut milk, naan or Asian spices) so I had to get creative again. I didn’t have a lot of time to cook, so it had to be simple and fast. Hmmm, what do I have in the house to make some naan bread?
I looked into the fridge and saw I had some yogurt left. Flour and baking powder are a few of my basic ingredients that I always keep in my pantry. Flatbreads it is! We both love garlic, so this will be added to the flatbreads!
This recipe is really fast and easy. You can find the recipe here.
